If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business or agency, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
2. Description of the Service
Kasbna provides cloud software for business operators to streamline inbound lead qualification, prepare personalized follow-up proposals, sync data bi-directionally with Google Sheets, and convert won leads into customer accounts.
The platform incorporates deterministic human-in-the-loop governance. You acknowledge that AI agents prepare proposed actions for your review, and that you retain final editorial authority and authorization for external communications dispatched through your accounts.
3. Subscription, Pricing, and Payments
Kasbna offers a single comprehensive business plan at $49.92 per month (USD).
- Billing Processor: Payments are processed securely via Gumroad. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges until canceled.
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with Kasbna within 14 days of your initial purchase, contact support@Kasbna.app for a full refund.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
When using Kasbna, you agree to:
- Provide accurate account information and maintain the security of your workspace login credentials.
- Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA, and relevant data privacy regulations.
- Never use Kasbna public lead forms or email drafting tools to transmit spam, unsolicited commercial bulk messages, deceptive claims, or unlawful content.
- Honor your own stated service rates and consumer rights.
5. Customer Data Ownership
You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to your business data, including customer contacts, lead submissions, custom pricing packages, and connected Google Sheets records. Kasbna claims no ownership over your proprietary customer files or communications.
6. Service Availability & Modifications
We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime availability for the Kasbna platform and public lead forms. We reserve the right to deploy updates, enhance agent workflows, or schedule reasonable maintenance windows with advance notification.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kasbna Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
